Left-Sollism

Left-Sollism or True-Sollism is a Sollist Ideology created by the 4th president of Sordland, Anton Rayne. After the 1953 Sordish election of Anton Rayne, Left-Sollism became the ruling political ideology of Sordland. Following Rayne's successful re-election in the 1957 Sordish election, it became the largest faction of the United Sordland Party (USP). It has been described by Anton Rayne as "the real and true implementation of Sollism".

Philosophy and Beliefs

Left-Sollism is characterized by an embrace of state-capitalism, although with less governmental ownership then the state-capitalism practiced under Tarquin Soll. It embraces a strong and robust social safety net. Left-Sollism advocates for a regulated point-based immigration system, and for attracting additional foreign investment.

Despite the it's namesake and leftish policies, Left-Sollism is strongly opposed to Malenyevism and class-war as espoused by socialists and communists, which it sees as destructive to the unity of the Sordish State. It instead advocates for class collaboration, where "Good, Honest, and Patriotic Businesses work hand-in-hand with Labour". Left-Sollism is completely against the abolition of private property.

Left-Sollism upholds Sollist Civic Nationalism, arguing that all Sordish citizens are Sords, and thus deserving of equal rights. It favors a integrationist approach where-in all citizens are fused into a single common national identity. By this logic, Left-Sollism is strongly opposed to "Purple-Blood" Sordish ethno-nationalism as espoused by the National Front Party (NFP). It also rejects Bludish Autonomy and Bludish Independence, arguing that it's also a form of ethno-nationalism.

Due to its nationalist outlook, Left-Sollism upholds conscription, high military spending, and Sollist education as necessary for the survival and unity of the Sordish state. It supported centralization of Bergia through the Bergia Standardization and Unity Measure(BSUM). Left-Sollism also supported the Minority Rights Act(MRA) as a way to reconcile with the Bludish population, and incentivize them to integrate themselves into the Sordish Civic Identity.

Left-Sollism supported the elimination of constitutional loopholes and reducing the power of the judiciary and presidency, but advocates for maintaining the 10% electoral threshold. It was against the revision to article 6 and 7 as proposed by Mansoun Leke, although it is in favor of clarifying the articles to prevent racist abuse.

Left-Sollism supports equal-education of women and men, and the outlawing of domestic violence and creation of domestic abuse shelters through the Protect Women Act(PWA). However, it's against gender quotas and equal pay measures as proposed in the Women Liberation Act(WLA)
